I take pride in leading with vision and empowering our team. I’m a big believer in patience, teaching, and helping everyone reach their potential. My goal is to guide us forward as a unit focused on our greater mission.
What I love most is that this business gives me quality time with my actual family! Our meet-ups and chances to bond mean so much. Of course, I also enjoy escaping through travel, sports, history and philosophy books when I’m not focused on our success.
